Wires cross where they shouldn’t, sensors sit at awkward angles, and nothing is where it would be in production.

And that’s fine.

This phase isn’t about beauty — it’s about learning fast, measuring honestly, and killing bad assumptions early. Polish comes later. Insight doesn’t.
